*FAQ*
How long are the lessons?		50 minutes.
*Can we do an “evaluation” lesson before committing to a package?*		Yes. I encourage it. It is important to make sure your child is comfortable and that it is something they want to do.
Where are the lessons?		The instruction takes place at the Mound Time facility.
What is the maximum number of students to a group?		Six, (unless it is a team setting or clinic). There is no limit in a team practice or clinic.
*Is the lesson all throwing?*		No. 20-30 min is actual throwing. The other time is spent working on the mental part of pitching as well as drills to increase areas beneficial to a player. There is much more to pitching than just throwing. It is essential to address those areas.

Step 3	Pick your times and dates to lock in lessons.
Step 4	The parent responsible for assembling the group / calling Mound Time will received TWO FREE Group Lessons on their next package.

Policies

Lessons will be held at the time scheduled/agreed upon by the client and instructor.
Lesson times are given on a first come first served basis. If you email or call first for a session and that time is open, then you will be given that time slot.
Payment Timing- Payments must be made in full by the 2nd session of a package. If the payment has not been made by the 2nd session a $15 late fee will be added to the 2nd session and to each lesson until payment is made.
Cancellation- A 24 hour notice is required if a student will not be able to make it to the scheduled lesson. Refunds will not be given unless a child cannot make it to a session due to injury or illness. No refunds will be given during the middle of packages. If you want to discontinue a package and want a refund after the first lesson, a $50 fee will be applied.
Reward Policy- For every student you refer to Mound Time who signs up for a package of 10 sessions, you will receive one free lesson. You will receive the session at the start of a new package. There is no limit to how many free lessons you can earn.
A $15 charge will be added for returned checks.
